Service Guarantees ​

As a free service operated by volunteers, we cannot provide 24/7 technical support. While we strive to ensure the stability and security of the service, we cannot guarantee its continuity or absolute availability.

  1. Barring the Force Majeure Factors listed below, we commit to providing at least 90 days' notice prior to service termination and will offer data export services.
  2. Unless explicitly authorized by the user, we commit not to sell, trade, or otherwise transfer users' personally identifiable information to outside parties.

Force Majeure Factors

  1. War, military conflicts, natural disasters, or major public health incidents affecting the region where the hosting servers are located or where the service administrators reside.
  2. Orders, restrictions, or actions issued by administrative or law enforcement agencies that possess actual, objective, and binding force.
  3. Uncontrollable, long-term, catastrophic failures of infrastructure (e.g., widespread power outages, backbone network interruptions, international gateway closures, or global failures of cloud service providers); or large-scale, persistent cyberattacks where service cannot be restored despite reasonable efforts.
  4. Unforeseen, major external changes encountered by the service's primary operators or entity—not caused by their own operational errors—rendering it objectively impossible to maintain basic operating costs (e.g., servers, domain names, bandwidth) during the promised notification period, after exhausting all reasonable remedial measures.
  5. Other situations resulting in the sudden accidental death, disappearance, or loss of contact of the service person-in-charge, or causing them to lose the capacity to manage the service or fulfill notification obligations for a reasonable period, with no other authorized personnel available to take over in a timely manner.

The aforementioned force majeure events are not impossible. If you have a strong need for data retention, you must design a backup strategy based on your personal requirements and backup best practices.
